The Other and One is a series of meditations on traditional philosophic topics. Philosophy in narrative form, the series chronicles the life of the historical Other who is a symbol of change, transition and limitation among other things. Anti-heroic in his early years, he drives the narrative with suffering and metamorphosis. The One is a metaphysical character whose essence is not understood, but known. He is the counterpart to the Other and at crucial moments a guide of sorts. The two clash and unite, meeting time and again during the most important phases of the Other's life. The Other and the One online is also a source for new, short literary and philosophical material. There are sonnets, short stories and a combination of meters that you will find in the blog section.
